I thought it may be a battery issue. But I took it to my mechanic and he said my battery is fine and I would need to take it to a dealer because it’s probably an issue with the radio itself, and they don’t deal with that stuff.

It didn't recognize the USB stick that it's been playing for weeks either. I had to pull it out and plug it back in. Literally three minutes later the time changed to 3:45. I didn't reset anything just to see if this resolves itself.
