WebInfusing Crystal (as a high Intelligence character) will ensure you never have to buff (and you can't buff anyway when you infuse Crystal or anything I didn't mention in the previous paragraph), but it might not have quite as much damage. I think that's the better choice for PvE (and sometimes for PvP too, depending on build).
