WebHaul Bikes didn't pick them up until June 11, 2024. They brought them to a transfer station in Pennsylvania where they sat for a couple of weeks. Then Haul Bikes trucked them to Las Vegas where they sat for 3 weeks. I received both bikes on 7/20/21. Haul Bikes told me they would deliver them by 6/23/21...so they were a month late.
