WebI love my always pan. Use it on low to medium heat only, which is ok, the pan will get hot. Maybe JB4711 below used high heat and that is why their pan got wrecked (?). I use ghee and you do not need to use much of it, and nothing sticks and it cleans very easily. It is a lovely pan in my opinion.
