WebIn my opinion if you take cardio out I think burn is a better weight training workout. Burn has more weight options and heavier weights and like for example on an arm day - your entire workout (outside of warm up and finisher) is weight and body weight focused exercises for that body part. I definitely toned more when I was at burn than OTF. WebYou should try a class. At my BBC they offer a free class every Saturday at 9am. You can see in this sub that the classes are listed for the week and it’s always a good mix between cardio, upper body, lower body, and core.
