To get all the characters of the text into one single part, I extruded a plain only 0,01 mm (something way below the slicers resolution) thick to intersect with all the characters. Export a .stl for every part/color. In prusa slicer, in the printer settings add another extruded. WebbSet your layer height to 0.2mm. Then go into the settings and change the min/max layer heights to 0.1 and 0.3. Then click your model, click the original lines in the top bar and do Adaptive Layer Height, and click the Smooth button.
