The spectral-based pitch detection algorithm is based on autocorrelation and the cepstral method. WebEvery speech coding scheme has a constant code rate after compressing coding. If the secret speech is embedded in public speech with an embedding rate RE, the composite speech is generated with a code rate (obviously ), which is composed of two code rates: the public speech code rate RP and the secret speech embedding rate RE.
