The file lengths matched properly between Stereo and Atmos, but there is about a 1.5 frame difference between stereo and atmos. First, is there a submission spec for sync between stereo and Atmos? They also have a timelapse function, but not sure how well that would work for stereo. It takes individual pictures and they would need to be stacked into video frames and syncing the images would almost be impossible.

WebNo, "3D camera" is not the same as "stereo camera". A stereo camera takes two images at the same time (either via two separate lens/sensor assemblies, or via a mirror system to split the frame of a single assembly into two views). Both images these cameras produce are regular images; they don't make one for the image and one for the depth map.
