Webb5 sep. 2024 · I’m having this exact same issue… Everythings looks good, I can TNSPING, SQLPLUS works as well as Oracle Reports and Oracle Forms which use the same Oracle home as TOAD, yet TOAD will not connect. WebbGo to Start -> Run -> Services.msc in Windows. Locate OracleService < SID > (here OracleServiceORCL) and click on Start to start the oracle database service (if not already running) Once it is up and running, from the command prompt run the following: tnsping < tnsalias > ( tnsalias entry you can find it in tnsnames.ora file) Share fronius norge
